• Obituary. Mrs. Parker was the youngest daughter of James Warren "Jim" Sikes and Alice J. Prince, who married in Jackson Parish on December 2, 1897. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she worked for many years in daycare.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Clyde P. Parker; her parents; four brothers and three sisters.
She was survived by one son, Clyde "Dub" W. Parker of Winnfield; two daughters, Brenda Brunson of Dry Prong and Sheryl Smith of Natchez, MS; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
