Burial was in the Liberty Chapel Cemetery at Williana under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield. Murry, 55, of Minden died Sunday, June 20, 1999 in the VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. He was an Army Veteran and was a member of Midway Baptist Church. He was a carpenter. Survivors include one son, Brian Murry of Minden, five brothers, L. E. Murry of Anderson, TX, W. D. Murry of Magnolia, Arkansas, Charles Murry of Homer, La., Clayton Murry of Minden, La and Wayne Murry of Dale, TX; two sisters, Lane Chelette of Dry Prong and Carol Carter of Dry Prong.
