Ben Franklin Tubbs, 66, 1219 Minnesota, Borger, died Friday, July 1, 1988 at Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Bernice, La., and a Borger resident since 1947, he was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Laura J. Tubbs, Borger; three brothers, Thad Tubbs and Barney Tubbs, both of Borger, Charles Tubbs of Roswell, N.M.; and one sister, Marie Russell of Borger.
Donations may be made to the Family Council at Borger Nursing Center.
Casket bearers will be his nephews, Leslie Russell, Brett Russell, Bryan Estep, Ronnie Klaus and Robbie Bowling. Honorary bearers will be the resident council members of the Borger Nursing Center.
